Reviews or Update Assessments

For children/young people who were assessed and/or received a diagnosis in the past, review assessments can be useful for:

  1. Determining the need for access arrangements (new and/or existing) for school and/or national examinations such as Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE), O levels, N(A) or N(T) levels, A levels, ITE, polytechnic, university education.

  2. Updating the child’s learning needs in response to intervention with educators and therapists such as occupational therapists and speech and language therapists.

  3. Confirmation of a diagnosis after a period of monitoring.
