Worried about your child’s development?

The way children think and act change as they progress through stages of development and is different from adults. Expecting or forcing children to understand certain concepts or perform certain tasks before they reach the appropriate developmental stages can have a negative effect. Early warning signs of children can be detected by understanding what abilities and skills are expected at each stage.

When children seem to fall behind their peers in acquiring age appropriate skills despite adequate exposure and stimulation, it is often a cause for concern. Undergoing an assessment may be helpful in understanding where the gaps in learning are. It can also help to formulate a plan for more effective intervention and support in a holistic way to help your child reach his potential.
